All vehicle purchases and sales are subject to a separate agreement between the buyer and seller. Al Mustafa Car Deals facilitates the transaction but does not act as a principal unless explicitly stated. Any deposits, payments, or financing arrangements are governed by the terms set out in the individual sale agreement, and buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles in person before committing to a purchase.
Rental agreements are subject to separate rental contracts. Renters must provide valid identification and meet minimum age requirements. Security deposits may apply. Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period and must return the vehicle in the same condition it was delivered, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
Al Mustafa Car Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
